Our president, Jason Mickle has a solid background of service and dedication which defines our business philosophy. Jason’s grandfather started in the heating and cooling industry in 1946. Jason’s father started in the industry when he was 18. Today Jason continues to provide service and dedication to the community. Jason believes in providing honest, up-front pricing and most importantly service after the sale.  Jason also believes no matter the scope or size of the job that it is done right the first time. BEST Heating, Cooling & Electric, Inc specializes in providing repair and replacement service with a commitment to prompt, courteous customer service. And as a member of the Better Business Bureau, we were nominated in 2010 for the Integrity Award, we take that commitment seriously. BEST also believes in providing quality MADE IN THE USA products. All the furnaces, air conditioners and water heaters we sell are made in the USA.

  • Our regular office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m
  • Our Expert Service Team is available for repair (normal service rates) from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. 8 a.m. to Noon Saturday
  • Our after hours Service Team is available  for repair (after hours rates) from  7 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and from Noon Saturday to 8am Monday
